Hi to all (9 of you). I am 33 crist year old guy from CZ, who loves beer and would like to help Canada young team to get to o world cup with u21. I think i am a good one to try that because i am working with young players. Last season my average in matches was 21,6 years old and we finished 5th in pur 3rd league. I play sokker from 2011 so i have some experiences. :-) If you have any questions, please help your self. :-)
mates, we all know, that this guy doesn't have any idea about your community. It's impossible to qualify with this team, for me the key issue is to work and support your youngsters for senior NT carrier. I think, much better idea is, to support your new managers, who can improve competition in your league... Browsy (ALM Huskies) you are a good candidate for U21, you can learn a lot, you can see, how good players are trained, etc... just think about that.
Thank you Tomasko. How can i know Canadian community if i never trained Canada before?
I was hoping Subaru but karloss in the early lead as he's got one vote
(I'll wait to see after a week unless a strong contender for the role comes in like MrCopy for NT just posted)

of course, Subaru is top.. but I was in opinion, that he is not interested
Oh ok, I wasn't sure but so far only 1 candidate for u21 and 3 in senior NT
Hello Devtopia. :-) Yes i was elected for CZ nationam senior team 2 seasons back. But bit all the results was as we expected, because it was only friendly matches and i was choosing younger players to play. Then for last season a very talented trainer from Bulgaria appeared so stepped aside. ;-) Bacause i knew he would be better. As i said, i like to play with young players if you look at my team my average is smthg about 20,5. :-)
Anyway there is a new candidate u21, someone from your country named Browsy. He has one year experience, question is if he can better for your country? Votes now are one to one i pressume. ;-)
Yes I think it will be better for the new users in Canada to contribute for u21. So I will support Browsy.
You can still try if you want but it's the same usual 3-4 people that vote. But I'd suggest probably looking around.
It's with small community that's how it goes. Best of luck karloss1913 thanks for reaching out.

Hi buddy in friendlies in NT you get nothing. You need to win games and try to reach top 48 to be in pot 3
You are good coach and I can help you if you win the elections.Good luck mate!

devtopia, good decision... of course karloss1913 is more experienced candidate, but to have Browsy as the u21 manager, will be beneficial for your community. Browsy is a guy, who was in touch with me during last 2 seasons asking for advice. to have him as a u21 manager will at least give him extra kick and motivation to get more competitive in your league. he already produced couple of u21 members ;).
You know me, I always tried to do my best for your community, and I think Browsy is the better decision. with the u21 team, you have for next 3-4 seasons, results are not important.

Dear all, I completely agree with you all. :) I will step aside. True is, that Canadian coach would be a lot better for you. He can train players where he wants to and etc. :) So good luck to Canada and fingers crossed for you. :) I will try to look somewhere else my friends. ;) Have a nice day. :)
thanks karloss and good luck, I respect you as experienced guy, but Canada is to small for you, they have only 3-4 youth academies which produce sufficient players and there is no chance to qualify with such a weak team... for them is much better to give chance their unexperienced manager
Thank you Tomas, i also need more experiences from training any NT, so i am trying Costa Rica. ;) I don´t think I well experienced in NT teams yet so I need to learn. ;)
