Hello Greetings Friends of the Community of Canada. My name is Carlos Castillo, I am a Sokker Venezuela User and Tutor, I am applying to be a Coach for the Canadian Senior National Team. I am a Technician with a lot of experience in the game. I have been playing since 2006, at the national team level I have experience in the following national teams (Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic U21, Guatemala, Guatemala U21, Australia, Israel, Venezuela, Andorra, Ghana and Costa Rica). I am currently the Coach of Costa Rica where we have raised it several positions in the National Team Rankings. In 2021, I qualified Venezuela for the World Cup and was the first coach to manage to take Venezuela to the 4th Finals of a World Cup, a great achievement for Venezuela.

This Season our work will focus on Assembling a good Group of Competitive Players between young and experienced players, first to compete in the Gold Cup and second to have a Base for the Playoffs within a Season.

Thanks for your comment friend. If I manage to be elected as a Coach, I would like to work with all the coaches in Canada in the Growth of the Quarries and the Training of Young Players and seek to raise the Ranking of the team so that we can have a less complicated group in the Next Qualifiers
