Never had a talent graph like this guy's. I know others around here have, but it's the best talent ever in my academy. Too bad he'll only by very good.

4 week talent, been a while since I have had any quality out of my youths, and there is nothing else in the system
I seem to have crappy luck with getting my good youths late in the season, but I can't complain too much with Fichaud, Villa, Macharski, Touchette, Vafir, Kasim, Boisierres all still young and developing well :)
