I was always wondering what is happening with all those new users? After they got a team almost all of them newer come back, they just disappeared. Even those who stay, you newer heard of them they are not active in forum or in any kind. I just got a felling after they lose its first game they are gonne! They are a number of out active managers who send a welcome mail, I do it whenever I got a chance but rarely got any kind of response.
As a multicultural country I am sure there are some managers who might not speak english(it is my second language too), don't be afraid speak up, somebody will answer you, or help you find a man who speak your language.

We can create a mentor system.
I can help managers in English and in Spanish.
