Well the dinner combined with my wife phoning from the Gold Coast to say that she won't be back tomorrow night as planned and will probably be gone all Easter weekend :(
'tis a shame, I could have afforded him at that price and he really would have combined nicely with Maras until I was out of the CCC.

Yeah, probably the only missing piece from your side is one really top draw winger. You've got just about every other position covered.
Willis at Tribe? Yikes! Not that we can challenge with naph's current squad anyway...
Interesting prospect to look after the NZ U21s. Big season for the Aussie NTs though... one WC and one WCQ.

Guys
I know that it hasn't been a great season and Australia should have done better and for that I take the blame so I wont be going for re-election.
Hopefully you can get someone in who can take Australia forward.
Good Luck to the candidates and to the future of Sokker Oz.

Thanks for the season. There were good moments this season though.
Thanks for your time and effort this last season Auldreekie.
Thanks for leading our NT this season. We've been lucky to have some top quality managers in control of the Aussie NT. We set the bar high.
You're obviously a talented manager. I liked the way you involved the community in openly discussing tactics and selections. I hope you hang around and maybe have another crack at the Aussie NT in future.

Thanks Auldreekie. Smart managers know that a lot of losses are caused by luck. Thanks for teaching me a bit about what it takes to manage an NT. Its heaps of work. Good luck in the future. Hopefully you hang around the Australian forums a bit still.
Thanks for the words guys it's appreciated.
I'll certainly hang around and cheer on Australia to world cup qualification.

hmmmm... anyone willing to bet against Krayzee for the AP this season?
Not sure it's enough to bet against them for the AP, but it's certainly a good start

How f****** unlucky can you get...draw was the least that Australia deserved today, instead...Argentina won 3:0 :| cet engine est la merde...
Don't know what game you saw there borkos, I don't think we deserved anything from that game. All our shots came from outside the box and from range by Stephenson who has proven time and time again he can't shoot if his life depended on it. All of their shots that ended in goals came from 1 on 1 against the keeper. I don't really think you can dispute that.
