Don't know what game you saw there borkos, I don't think we deserved anything from that game. All our shots came from outside the box and from range by Stephenson who has proven time and time again he can't shoot if his life depended on it. All of their shots that ended in goals came from 1 on 1 against the keeper. I don't really think you can dispute that.

Well in normal footie, no. But in sokker it's really not easy to score a 1 on 1, even with a superdivine striker in form ;)

except it's got higher % of going in and that has been stated several times. The fact headers seem to score more than 1 on 1 is due to the amount of headers occuring during the game because wing play is one of the easiest ways of generating scoring chances. Similar situation with long shots.

Willis is getting near assist nr. 100 in NT :)

To be in top 32 is very important for a country like Australia to have the best chance to go to WC but at least we still have a chance and I will try my best ;)

Well we're out now. Disappointing season, terrible tactic tonight. To only get 1 shot and concede 19 clearly shows the tactic sent out was meant to end with a 0-0 result but failed horribly in defense. We were fortunate to come away only losing 2-0. We were never going to score from the initial minute and it was always a question of how well they'd convert.

I was surprised to see Sterjovski get another cap, given that he doesn't make it onto the pitch for me most weeks. Still if one of my mids had to get injured for 20 days, I can't think of a better candidate or time.

The SK devs need to sort this...mightn't hurt bigger nations but for a country like ours, is this not akin to SK genocide!
There has to be a way to allow NT prospects extended life in SK...even if it's an option for a home nation team to take them at a fair price....or maybe even nominate a player of similar ilk they can give up in order to take in the NT player?

From a different angle losing some of the NT players and reducing the pool, gives us smaller clubs a better chance of growing an NT prospect :) I think its a big ask to let all NT players stay plus it would make the game pointless if only the best players play in NT ...can you honestly say the best players of the country are playing in the real Socceroos squad...im sure theres plenty undiscovered or unrecognised talent out there.
