What do you guys think about taking part in mini-wc? I was against it as I was planning to keep on raising our rank...but it seems like a perfect opportunity to do so.

The worst case scenario is that we will lose 1 game in this competition, so not really that bad. Teams that are 'in' so far:

1. Latvija
2. Malta
3. India
4. Moldova
5. Rossiya
6. Ísland
7. New Zealand
8. Ecuador
9. Bulgaria
10. Kypros
11. Hellas
12. Al maghrib
13. Bosna i Hercegovina

What do you think? Some of these teams are quite good...

I think its a good idea.

Especially as we're going to be seeded, so we won't get Bulgaria etc. in the first game.

We took out a number of high ranked teams last time on our way to the final where we lost to France. I'm sure we can do it again :).

Wow 7:1 loss against a team ranked lower than us, and they were even 3:0 up before we lost a player.
What happened? And why did the red card player not have orders covering him if he got red carded (didn't check to see if it came in to effect later in the match, just watched until the 30th minute)?

What an embarrassing result. I haven't seen the game so far myself, so it's hard for me to say anything...except that I'm shocked.

The red didn't help at all...as for the red card - a tragic mistake.
Libesson was set up as CM till today as I was hoping that he will lose the slight injury. He was set up as the 'cover' for the defenders.
As his injury didn't go off, I changed him, but forgot to change the conditional orders [I was doing it in the morning and didn't have much time. My fault :/.

The team was weaker than usual with Puca and Stewart out because of red cards + Libesson injured and Villafane without form.

Still that's no excuse...

Anyway...15 fouls on our side might be the record, weird. Their scoring ratio was also very impressive - 7/14, we got 1/5.

This result is very much unlike you, and given your great history with Australia, is certainly won't affect anything more than a mild disappointment for the week, but it will make your next season goal of getting in to the top 32 that much harder.

I have a pretty devious scheme that should help us get back the points that we've lost today, so nothing's lost :p.

It's one of my worst NT results ever though, simply terrible.
