Subject: National Team
Of course, the 'out of form' was a bit exaggerated to fit the XI..;)
Still, good is only 7/18 which is too low for my liking. All depends on a player as well, I prefered to use Stathakis in formidable[?] instead of Bowyer in magical last week.

Fair enough, yeah I thought you're terms were a bit loose.
I'm pretty happy when my players are in to "long name" territory on form and pretty annoyed when they are less than that.
Now you just need to make a good team out of non injured and in form players, which I'm sure you can do, esp as other smaller nations like us also dont have the luxury of so many players they can just select for form

So you're happier when they are unsatisfactory form rather than divine since it's long and divine is short ;). Extreme case I know but I had to point out the flaw in the logic :p.
With the exception of unsatisfactory your terms hold reasonably well.

We lost Huxley today, so that leaves us with Leijer and Sharpley I guess...
Griffiths back on brilliant form... he seems to like the time off from DM!
That's good news, considering Erdogan has only good form and Fihaki is a bit weaker than the aforementioned duo :)
Time to make a tactic for the game :p

Now it's time for NZ...I can't imagine not winning this one, not with our previous results and what we can lose if we fail...
I never managed to qualify to WC with Australia, so it's a dream come true for me if we win next week...
I could cry but we're still in with a shot of qualifying. How could you produce such a sloppy tactic for a game that meant everything? To me it looks almost like you went in saying any tactic will do so I'll randomly pick one.
No tactic switch orders, no offense pressed high to counter their deep defense (something they've done all season), high pressing game when they have some of the better strikers around, it's just awful.
You were spared the embarrassment of the worst result against NZ ever, you ended up equaling it instead thanks to Haereiti's late goal. Still it's the most goals we've conceded against NZ ever in a single match and tbh we were lucky we didn't concede more.
What makes it worse is we playing against 10 men for half the game.
That's as close to a choke as one could possibly control in a game like this, I'm finding it hard to find any positives given what was at stake here. As we've had the earlier game, you've now given Austria all the firepower they ever needed to kick us out.
Horrible, Horrible tactic and got what it deserved. Even at 2-0 knowing what as at stake it was a prime example of going to a more conservative tactic to prevent them breaking through but you just didn't do anything, even when we fell behind there was no change.
I hope this doesn't come back to bite you but in my experience this kind of result usually does.

Tragic game...nothing really to comment on - we missed a quality striker today + I messed up the height of strikers and mids, they were far too low when the ball was on our half. On a sidenote, their strikers were doing what they wanted with our defenders...even though all were divine/superdivine :/
Let's hope that Turkiye wins/draws against Osterreich...what a fail, big sorry guys :(

I decided not to switch tactics after what happened in first game against Turkiye...
anyway, you're 100% correct, unfortunately
5 games against NZ since I took over, 4 wins, 1 loss...and the loss came in the worst moment possible :/
as for the tactic...it was a variation of what we played in the first game against NZ, then it ended up with 17:3 in shots - and they used the exact same tactic back then. We missed Barnes, Erdogan, in-form Stathakis, Mrdja and in-form Hunter today, that's the main difference

You messed up pretty much everything, don't go blaming strikers, Leijer had a blinder.
A draw would have got us through, so I have no idea why you needed to press. They have superdivine tech strikers (which you should already know), so once they're behind our defenders it doesn't matter what our defender levels are, we're basically screwed.

Look, almost exact tactic worked well twice against their exact tactic from today
once it was 17:3 in shots for us, the other time 10:5
I'm not saying that the tactic was good, but it worked well in containing their forwards in previous games

sorry mate but this is the game...you could have won this or get a draw at least but my strikers did a really good job, i didn`t expected this result to be honest
but not all is lost...turkey has to get a draw against austria and you`ll at the WC

not exactly the same tactic...60-70% is the same but i`ve worked with the strikers and mids a bit

Yeah, I hope that Turkiye will get the points today
they were much better in their first game, but everything can happen today...
