Up to you, he is 22. But ill provide some data from the "rooster" thread:
MID (Pace+Pass+PM+tech x1, def x0,5):
22 yo now at end last season
Jay Sekulovski, 22 yo, 55 points
Danny Boutsanis, 22 yo, 52 points
Isaac Munn, 22 yo, 50 points
21 yo now week 5
1. Brodie Galan, 21 yo, 50 points
2. Gareth Peake, 21 yo, 46 points
20 yo now week 5
1. Jamal Livermore, 20 yo, 50 points
2. Joel Hooker, 20 yo, 45 points
3. Christian van Steeden, 20 yo, 44 points
4. Pete Papaluca, 20 yo, 44 points
This makes him 9th best from 3 years generation. Which in a generation from 26 to 32 (7 years) would rougly put him at 20th best if past and future generations are equal. If you add Pace into the equation (since its slowest to train), he is one of slowest in all those 9 i listed, regardless of age.
Im sry to write so much about a 22 yo, but I always believed there is huge potential in turning worst def mids into defs, since their def mids sum often is higher then some of the defs who is gonna be used, but with intensive def+pace training they will be better.
With 12 Pace, 10 def, age 22, week 5, the deadline for doing it is close or maybe Even exceeded. But training him in both 4 to 5 skills will always be much harder.
Good luck, again sry if you feel i intervene in senior squad too much in this case

No, on the contrary. You have done a wonderful job. I wrote to the owner, but he still hasn't answered me. I'm curious what bonus workouts are available, what is being worked on and most of all what the owner's plans are.
It is also very important that the national team has a long reserve bench so that we don't end up with cases like now praying for form and injuries to our only midfielders.

Just realised, thet with 48th position in world ranking Australia is now considered 3rd pot in WCQ. Superb results for this dedicated work :)
Thank you :) Let's hope we have a bit more luck today against one of the strongest teams in the Soccer. We have form issues and important players getting punished, but hopefully fortune will be with us! :)
Dont worry, you in first place with best goalscore.... no problem xD easy win
Too bad. Italy are too strong unfortunately. 10 rating difference is insurmountable. I'll think until the next game what can change. We should focus on the Malta games first. We must try to take them to continue to annoy the favourites.
My DEF thomson has suprisingly popped to superdivine in def, hope it can contribute
It's certainly part of the core and I'm counting on it. We have players in low form and ones after transfer,so he will definitely add to the stability in defence.
I think it would be a great time to advertise how your season is going Legiona.
Given it is the mid-point of the WCQ season, and it is very close at the top (which I don't think people realise), it's a great time to advertise the achievements and what is to come.
And on a side note, whilst it sucks to have Munn out injured, it probably couldn't have come at a better time in the season, with it happening right at the end of the Italia game (without watching the match, it looks like the defenders are very defensive which often opens up a lot of free shots for the opposition), an easy group match and then the friendly, getting back in time for the following group match.

We have already halved the season. The group has tied up a lot. Personally, I hope Sweden can take something from Finland in the second game. It will be very difficult because Finland are capable of making a rating above 80,but it can still happen. Italy are the super favorites in the group. It is possible to beat all of them. The question is will we be able to stay in the game until the match with Sweden. I hope the form picks up and the injuries pass because we don't have a great choice of players and the lack of some is felt a lot.
So - now let's play a friendly against France with the younger ones. Let's see what level the little ones are at. Then we'll look for an emphatic win against Malta again to make up the goal difference. And then come the games against the favourites. Let's hope we can hold on. I hope for some luck :) I think the team has a chance to achieve something big. We just need a little sporting chance.

So - I waited for the emotions of the World Junior Championships to subside. Great performance for the little ones! Congratulations!
As for the men's team - we start the second phase of the qualification. So far the team is going well. Maybe we are behind in goal difference, but that is normal considering the better quality midfield lines and strikers of Italy and Finland. However, I will try to compensate a bit.
We start on Saturday against Malta. We will be looking for a win again with a few goals difference. Let's hope things work out. Then we will think about the games against the big favourites. For now, we retain a real chance of qualification. I hope we will have the same chances after the match against Finland.
Let's hope luck is with us!!!

Well, the Swedes have done the double over the Fins, which by my reckoning puts us into 2nd place for now.
Whilst it may have been nice to grab a couple more goals v Malta (considering they were down to 10 just past the hour), the main thing was taking the W. If the Swedes can beat the Fins, then why not…
2-2 v France the week before = not too shabby either!

Unfortunately, I expected at least one or two more goals. We made 24 shots. However, the success rate was low. The group became very tied. Sweden became a contender for the second place. So far it seems only Italy are safe given the strong team they have. It would not be a surprise if second place is decided in the last round.
Our ratings look very comparable with Sweden (some might argue slightly better)….could it be worth mirroring their tactics & see what transpires next time v Finland.
Either way, great that we’re in with a shout of 2nd place for group stage.
