If you like, I can do my two trainings I want to get done in a big block, with tech first? So would probably be 4 or 5 weeks of tech as soon as I am out of the cup. Probably 2-3 pops in that time.

I doubt that he is faster than my Mike :) And I don't think that he has good enough defending skill to take ball away from behind :)

I'll have you know that ALL of my current and ex players have the force. IE they can make tackles even when no where near players :P.
