Thx. Got a little idea already, though I thought that Slovensko will beat them...and then we'll need only a draw...

it's do able considering slovensko scored 3 against them. I'd be wary of their right side striker (although they might play them left ;)) as he seems the most dangerous. Also an offside trap might be in use since they play strikers a long way down the pitch. I think they are beatable we just probably have to take a few bigger risks.

Look's like your qualifying is in the hands of other teams, which is never a good position to be in.

I suspect Slovensko will overtake you on GD unless you can beat Argentina by a shed load of goals.

Maybe you need to bribe Julius to make sure Nederland beat Argentina ;).

Yeh, no way to get before Slovensko, though I'll try to contact coach of Malaysia and send him tactic on mail. ;-))
I hope Nederland will do it...and Australia has to win, that's for sure.

has the actual qualifying system been conclusive to say that the 2 highest 4th place teams must come from 6 team groups? Otherwise we still might be in with a shot if we beat Argentina and Argentina beat Netherlands of qualifying 4th, I'd have to check up on that but ideally we'd like to get 3rd and make sure of it.

Any of the 4th placed sides can qualify if they have more points than the others, but those from 5 team groups have an obvious disadvantage.

Nope, all teams from 4th count, and 2 of them go to WC. Though we have a bad situation, as we have 2 games less then the rest. :(

yeh that's what i thought but theoretically given 2 less games it basically implies that only teams from 6 team groups will go through. At the moment though if we finish on 13, its quite likely New Zealand or Mexico will finish above us and the rest we still have a shot at. So beating Argentina could be enough on its own but wouldn't want to sweat on it. The dropped game against slovensko is going to come back to haunt us one feels.

Yes, but then he said to me, that it's a handicap for 6 team groups as they have more rivals for qualify...though it's funny that the 2 worse teams can win only with eachother...:/
