Subject: National Team U21
We definitely need a few good wins before the end of the season. 114pts behind 32nd (basket 2) at present for next world cup
After beating Singapore 12-0 in last match of group we now face china in knock out rounds
And after beating china last week by a single goal, today we took a better swing over one of the top favourites there was, Armenia was beaten 0-3, and looking sharp was cameo villafane age 19 who scored two goals. You will learn much about him from the next nt coach.
Now we face Malaysia in the final next week, where i hope to finish my tenure with honour.

Would you not say Australia were favourites over Armenia?
Good luck in final game….current ranking 35 so top 32 looks out of reach for now.

Hello everyone again :) I would be happy to replace Adac as a trainer u21
Team Matches Wins Draws Losses Goals Points
1. Schweiz U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
2. Eesti U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
3. Australia U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
4. Panamá U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
5. Tūnis U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
6. Costa Rica U21 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
Despite not being 2nd basket for the first time in quite a while, we got very lucky with the group
We have played and/or beaten both Schweiz and Eesti in the not too distant past and had some very even games with them.
Schweiz was the weakest (by ranking) of the 1st basket, and Eesti in the bottom half of their basket.
Panama are quite a long way down in rankings from us, but not a weak team at all.
Realistically it should be a 3 way fight for qualification, but Panama are strong enough to cause upsets, and if they have a strong manager this coming season, they may have aspirations of qualifying themselves

Thank you all for the time i had with you and the u21 boys. We finished today with a victory in Asian cup to claim the trophy. I enjoyed it here, and will definitely stick around on your forum.
Thanks for putting your hand up Buczek.
It wouldn't be fair to vote for you without first asking you some questions. Not attempting to be mean, I just want to hear your answers :)
1. You were previously the u21 coach for 3 seasons and weren't able to qualify to the group stage, both times coming 4th in the group. What has changed in your coaching style, experience or anything else you can think of, that makes you feel confident you can bring this team, which twice recently has made the quarterfinals, out of the qualification stage and into the group stage?
2. I would like to hear about how you advise trainers on training their players, both looking at the strength of the u21 team, but whilst also making sure the Senior NT team is strong when those same players reach the older age
Good luck with the election

Thanks for your time adaca. It's a shame tactics/results took such a downhill slide these past two seasons, but I do appreciate all the effort you put into communication, maintaining statistics, quick responses with ranking of players and overall being a part of our community.
I wish you the best of luck coaching your home nation and hope you can bring the kick up the bum that community requires for their NT.
Don't be a stranger around the forums, and feel free to keep training Aussies :D
....And congrats on bringing the Asian cup back home
