I don't have a trainer for goalkeeping. I'd like to train a good GK. Might be a waste of a training slot though if he's not the best of his generation.

Oh, it's not even close. I don't think I'll train him then. I'll let him go, so I can continue with my existing head coach.

We have played #1, 4, 5 so far. Upcoming game v Tunis.
Only loss to date was 0-2 v Swiss…perhaps the more defensive tactic didn’t help our cause?
The crucial fixtures will be v Estonia who are ranked 31 v our ranking of 35. 4 points over these 2 games could mean 2nd place.

I'm in for Laing. The other two are quite handy as well. Are they in the mix for U21?

I can take as many as possible. My trainees are getting pretty old and there hasn't been anyone worth giving a shot on the market for so long.

Tomorrow we are playing one of the more important matches, specifically against Finland. We will try to surprise and win, although I think it will be a tough match.

What seems like Finland to you, looks like Estonia to me. This also shows how much engaged you are in the community and the job.

Estonia games vital to determine 2nd place….otherwise relying on upsets elsewhere.

Of course you're right, next week we play the rematch with Estonia, maybe something will finally start to fall into place

It would be good to see are more attacking approach next game, with strikers not so close together and isolated from the rest of the team.
All mids seem to be defensive, whilst Estonia’s mids are somewhat distanced from each other.
Maybe for this one-off game you have a tactic that sees some midfielders slightly more advanced - possibly through the middle if not having quality wingers?
Just a thought as a lot to gain and not much to lose by taking a risk for this game.
