In my opinion, the shortest route (excluding defense, becausa we have a good DEF under 20) and useful for national Under21, you train him as a defensive midfielder. So the player needs to:

+1 or 2 playmaker
+1 pas
+1 def

this only to get started and to get a new nice player for under 21!

Is there someone who can train like that? :)

I have a large budget. Richter is not good enough.

And Hickmann is listed again, another small transfer fee coming my way :)
