All I will say is I want the team to be in the 4th round... and keep the 6 games unbeaten record the Minkees have against SF :)

I wrote an earlier post, but did not get written for some reason.. just said i know u only had prob half of ya 1st team players on show, but im happy with the 3-0 scoreline, happy i made your keeper make a couple of saves, i know it may seem like nothing, but, thats what its all about, u want to test urself against the best, ill take the positives out of it, i kmow i have a long way to go, but ill work towards it.

Thanks for the game mate, too bloody good and good luck for rest of Cup

barely won with a last minute goal, which resulted in a drop of supporters' mood, but a win is a win and it'll be the first time i progress past the 3rd round since my first season :D

Won 8-0 over Bar Reef United. Not quite as impressive as the past few weeks but we got the job done with Paredes scoring 1/4 of the goals. We shall see who we draw next round as it could start to get a little tricky from round 4 onwards.

Play in half:
First half: Tong FC 31%, Team Moose Power 69%.
Second half: Tong FC 58%, Team Moose Power 42%.

Despite some TMP first teamers coming on in the second half, I clearly need to train stamina a bit more.

:)

That was a very exciting game to watch. Took an early lead, then Minkee dominated long periods of the game but I created some good chances to keep me interested. Minkee scores 2 goals. I'm sitting there thinking, well played Minkee... deserved winner... boom - goal on 90 mins to tie the game.

I thought I had the better of extra time. Had 3 great chances one after another at the start and my poor form strikers missed them all. Snatched a goal and doing fist pumps. Than on 120mins with the game won, my left back gets the ball on halfway near the sideline and decides to turn around and pumps a beautiful through ball straight to minkee's striker!!! Brown undie time and then my keeper pulls off an awesome 1-on-1 save, the following up defender clears and the ref blows the whistle. Great win.

My first win against Minkee after many tries, another big-name scalp on my list and a full 32,000 seat stadium. Plus tactically I think I did pretty well. If nothing else I think I surprised Minkee. Good times!

Very disappointed with my round 3 exit. Very disappointed to have conceded a goal.

Well done mate. That might keep him quiet for a bit :P

Stroll in the park for me today. These early rounds are just a battle to avoid cards and injuries. bring on the real matches! (Hopefully I draw Steel Fury next for another easy match)

Well, my gamble to get my defenders trained paid off....just!! A 3-2 win & no injuries/cards. It may be time to go with the more regular starters...or forget it in order to train.

Red cards, injuries and a lack of time to pick up trainees off the transfer market really limited my lineup options. Ended up fielding a 2-5-3 orders-wise so that I could maximise training and still field a functional lineup. Unfortunately for your guys that meant that my best strike-force was out their for the whole 90 minutes.

well done Uber :)
I won't have time to watch the game before next week but as you say there's a first time for everything. The report looks pretty one-sided but it happens sometimes...
The tactic used was a simple one that works against disorganised setup and is not integrating the latest defense setting I would normally used plus it's not that flash at the front either. Either way it's my mistake for not taking the time and thought it would be enough...

Glad to see my "student" in round 4 anyway... if that's any consolation to me!
good luck for next round.

And now your "student" comes up against me....muhahahaha

Minkee's tactics don't look much like they used to look like back in the III days. I saw quite a few things I hadn't see before. I don't think the game was one sided though. Your team had a lot of shots from a long way out which skewed the shots count. I think the territory count was skewed by all the fouls I gave away in my half which took time for your players to take the kicks ;)

I think Achmids team will be a bridge too far unless he plays more 2nd's. I back myself to give teams a 8 point start and beat them on a good day but not 13. Plus stopping a 70+ rated striker would be beyond my defenders.
