Some update on my players:
Brabham just reached 18 def and finally is 2x18 at the age of 25. Changing to tech right now.
Hocking is 2x17. Not going to waste anymore time on getting him close to 2x18 and switching to tech.
Snowball popped in pace and now is 17. Switching to def and hoping to make him 2x17 in max. 1.5 seasons, so by the age of 24. Not bad for a guy pulled as a gk, right? :)
Beldham reached 16 tech, so just 1 pop away from being 18, 17, 17. 25yo, still plenty of time to max him out.
Bonetig's really close to reach 17 tech. He will do so until the end of the season I hope, so the next one is all about getting to 17 striker. Has +2 or 3 and lots of GT, so reachable for sure somewhere in the middle of the next season.
Waite's getting there when it comes to talk about tech and striker. Near 14 tech and 15 striker. Also a few ST and several GT in pace. Will look really good next season.
Zdrilic should end the season with 16 tech and I think I'll be selling. 17,16,17 is still pretty good.
Generally speaking, the NT should be just fine for a very long time when it comes to strikers and maybe defs. Roberts and Snowball stand a great chance to be a next generation replacement for Brabham, Franklin, Kirkpatrick & co.
No need to even mention the next gen of strikers with Beldham, Waite and, of course, our great future star Bernie McLaren.
A little worried tho about the mids and the fact that there are so very few prospects pulled from your schools. Still waiting and keeping slots for anyone worth training.

Im covering extra def slot (Ishida close to 17/15 with quite high side skills) and winger (Papaluca - winger ss 54 with 16 pace already) :)

I'm also working on my own 25yo striker, who's 17/15.5/16, targeting 3x17. He'd look pretty good, if he wasn't standing next to Beldham & Bonetig!

I assumed he'd reach it sometime he's 24 but looks like gonna be there soon enough. Took him 3+7gt to get to 15 and now... 6gt+5. At the age of almost 23. I thought Franky, Kirkpatrick and Brabham were great but this guy? What a future ahead of him.

Our defenders are so strong these days that double divine with secondaries is pretty much minimum for the NT now, but high divine/SD is probably more realistic for regular play
