Subject: [U21] Defenders

He sold for 1.7M, the lowest ever for anyone with his skill set. Most sell for 3-4M. Not much help for the finances.

Karas is very similar and I was going to sell him. Instead, I'll go for 15/15 then sell. Maybe he'll fetch more.

That's terrible (actually sold for 1.9M, just get 1.7 after taxes), but even changing the search to total def skills 27, with max of tech/pass/play 7 each, he still should have sold for between 2.5-3M

Sorry you had such a rubbish sale for him. If I had spots, I probably would have picked him up too

Currently under 2m. Best U21 defender on the market at the moment. People not really keen on 21yo at the moment. We'll see where he ends up.

Not taking anything else into consideration, When I did a bit of a search on recent sales of similar players (past 3 seasons), I got,

Price range $1M - $6M with a median of $3M.

I would like to think given his extensive history written in the TA, that should give a little more , but possibly screenshots may be better for the right person.

When I reduce this to the past 2 seasons, the median Price Range actually goes up to $3.5M

adaca actually sold a very similar play "Beni Sultan", had 2 more sides skills, for $5.4M. Seems like a great sale, especially as the same player sold just 6 weeks later again, for about $5M. So maybe adaca has some advice on how he managed to get that sum for that player, or whether it was just good luck.

I would be very annoyed if I was the seller of the similar player who got just 917k

Beni Sultan had MUCH better talent. I think it was around 3,3 or so according to SA.

Also deadline in the morning is horrendous, i get the timezone difference, but you really should try get it up to 11am+

But again, the talent info on Roberts was not good, Sultans was on the other hand tremendous

@Oscar, it may be better to post a screenshot of SA. adaca brings up a point in a roundabout way, that it is difficult to get a real idea of his talent, because those pops could be at different ages etc.

Showing the SA graphs and the predicted talent would be a lot better.

I was comparing to a couple of my own players (which is difficult because of a bunch of variables) and some of those later pops weren't that much worse than a couple of my own players, who have a predicted talent in the low-mid 3's, but to someone else, obviously may not look great.

Definitely try to put a screenshot of your SA if you get the chance, and it may induce a bidding was

I wonder why he was sold so quick after you sold (given he didn't have any pops at that stage)

Seem like the new owner didnt have a spot anyways for him, cause no pops yeah

And Vincent Roberts should go for more then he is at now, usually the real price dont come till late up around bid deadline, but what is the time 11-12 am sk time in australia?

I just googled....... it really should be possible for you guys to sell at 11-12 sk time instead of 7-9, it would mean a lot for the price i think....
