solid [8] form
brilliant [14] tactical discipline
height: 179 cm, weight: 79.7 kg, BMI: 24.87

solid [8] stamina tragic [0] keeper
brilliant [14] pace average [5] defender
excellent [10] technique adequate [6] playmaker
average [5] passing formidable [11] striker

is on transferlist with zero minimum bid

From age 19 to 22 he is around 5th-6th best, and there are 2 u/18 that probably will be better aswell......but he should definitely be trained on from here, as some can have injuries, talent matters and form aswell, and i also reckon money can be made on him.... talent from what i can see on SA seems to be 4 to 11 pace, 5 to 12 pace, 3 to 10 striker

in other words, he will have a bit of hard time being regular start 11 senior from the database i have, but he will be very close to playing time if trained long enough

also if the NT manager at that time, likes 3 strikers in some matches, its important subtop players are trained aswell, so he can play 3+subs

Yes..., 4th best u19 att

If you have a Striker trainee and are training them in Pace, does it matter if you train him as a defender? Will they still get Striker secondary training?

No issues with it at all,

The RIGHT side skills (keeper, defender, playmaking, striker) train best with their appropriate order (GK, DEF, MID, ATT) respectively

The LEFT side skills (stamina, pace, tech, pass) train equally well regardless what position they are assigned

Crews finally made it to 16 tech. Will be listed Saturday between 8 and 10 SK time. Have a race starting about that time, so can't tell the exact time. I think fantum is going for him.

Yeah pretty sure that general training doesn’t care about positional ordering and just goes off the head coach+ assistants primary overall level.

Just to be clear Striker can only be trained to ATT order as an advanced/formation training but is trained by all to a much lesser extent as general training.

Just make sure if you train him in pace and you are training pace to DEF orders that he gets the DEF order in matches and also in the advanced training section.

Achmid is right, and to add: if a position is possible to train in a position, then its full training.. the right side skills are simply Locked so they only can be trained by one position

Which is what I said wasn’t it?

I wasn’t saying Achmid was wrong, I was actually just extending/reinforcing it to ensure it was completely clear that not every skill could be trained for advanced/formation training even at a reduced rate like in the old system.

I'm just thankful that people responded and that I can get pace into my trainee strikers without harming their striker pops. Can't train 5 strikers in A-league if I ever want to win a game

Cheers guys

Depends which games you think you can win. You can find minutes for the trainees in the games against top and bottom teams.

It is a good idea to play them out of position to balance their training. I'll often juggle defenders between DEF for defending and MID for pace.

What kind of race?

I'll keep an eye on Crews. I think he's worth training for NT, but I can't pay overs for him. I have to be careful now that my sponsorship is 127k per week.

In 4 seasons, his value will be ~6M after sales tax. In that time, his wages would be ~3M. He'll probably be around 10-12M, factoring the Aus tax. A loss of about 2M per season for an NT striker is sustainable on A-League coin but not Div 2 coin.

I'll try for him anyway, cos I'd like to see him trained and Crampton is no longer at NT level.

Are we up for a bidding war…mind you, probably be “gazumped” by a non-Oz manager nonetheless…as anything much above 10m AUD will just about see me done.

Sry, i somehow missed your answer
2025-09-26 06:59:48
No, I don't usually overbid Aus managers.
