Subject: [NT] Player Transfers

2025-09-24 08:29:06
So the one factor to remember here is that Australian users are totally stuffed over when it comes to money in sokker. Most of us would be lucky to afford a 14m splurge on a player simply for training. Our sponsorship/gate receipts are quite low due to the fact we have bots/newer users in our top and second highest league.

We’re also stuffed by the transfer market due to time zones so it’s difficult to make money there.

It’s what no one understands. We prove sponsorship/fans/gate receipts is unbalanced and get told who cares trading makes more money however we are also stuffed there too.

I could pay 14m for him as I have the funds but that price is almost suicidal from a long term perspective and at 28/29. I’d be better off buying 2 younger trainees.

Thats why it's best to use [ money=][ / money] tags, this way each user see desired price it their own currency. In this example: 10 000 000 $ is 10M euro

So i just pick my nation (29 i believe) and then the amount in my currency?

Exactly.
id of Your country (for Australia 6, Danmark is 29, Argentina is 19) and then desired amount of money without extra spaces between (good value 10000000 bad value 10 000 000)

Absolutely agree. The money tag is super useful. The only annoying thing is there’s no tag to go from your currency to another currency where you see the result. It is just you see whatever amount of x currency is in your own currency. So if I wanted to know the inverse say how much 10m in my own currency was in say euro a bit more brain power is required.

I thought you were going for Hammond...?

Hahahaha

I thought I was. But then realized that I have almost no one in a need of pace training and had to let go. First need to gather a group of prospects to make such training reasonable.

It goes to show how well the NT is going at the moment that he hasn't had much of a look in yet. He's been in the squad for a while now.

If no takers, I can give him some passing training to see out this A-League campaign.

He turned out ok from a 16yo pull with limited talent knowledge :)
2025-10-23 18:26:40
well he needs at least +3/4 passing and +1 tech/pm to be considered... so i am not sure if he can make it...
anyways he is a great player...
the problem is that if he goes to TL and he is not buyed by one of us he probably will be not trained :(

Its too late to give him that many pops
