Good news. I noticed both our very promising 17 yo mids, Toby Richter and Sal Tucker made it to solid pace on 2 trainings. So probably when they are 20 yo they can already be start 11 material while Hugh Fa'Arodo is 21 yo. This gives us 3 really good u18 mid options, and my fear of lacking such, might have been overly dramatic. Especially with so much time to pull from ys still.
And with 2 great 17 yo att pulls this week, the future is starting to look terrific.
So if No aussie want the job, i might stick around bit Longer then I first warned you :p

I think it's good to stick around and make your own dynasty.
The first few seasons you are always dealing with what the previous coach did (good or bad) but by the 3rd, 4th, 5th season, you can really see the differences you have made well.
Plus then you really get into the community etc. (Which you have). So I think stick around

Well I havent enjoyed being nt coach as much elsewhere. And I have 26 seasons past nt experience. My own nation people arent responsive so much to nt, and especially to training danes.... so I see no reason to quit anytime soon
Manually updated Sokker assistente database. The last time and this was very different. This time only 11 not already in database.
Now we also have the u19 squad here for next WC in 2 seasons, with a groundbreaking 82,6% of players in Aussie hands.... keep up the good work....
I also wrote all owners i wasnt sure of training in that squad

While i sit and wait for match to start.... i decided to find 5th best gk, 8th best def, 8th best mid and 5th best att all 17 to 22 from the database by playing i can predict of outcome of training between ages (6 seasons of players but still possible to pull quite some 17 yo 19 yo, while senior NT consists more like of 7´ish seasons) To give an idea, what is the minimum talents for the future NT to hope come succesfully up with good talent and few injuries:
5th best GK:
Jeremy Graham, age: 20
club: rc lens 1906, country: Australia
value : 9 576 000 kr.
wage: 58 000 kr.
outstanding [12] form
formidable [11] tactical discipline
height: 179 cm, weight: 78.5 kg, BMI: 24.5
formidable [11] stamina brilliant [14] keeper
formidable [11] pace weak [4] defender
weak [4] technique weak [4] playmaker
good [7] passing average [5] striker
talent and caretaking unknown... might never hit u21 as our 19 gk Ante Pearce who also will play next WC is close similar and has good talent. That a 14-11 20 yo midseason is only 5th best, shows we will have no problem with GK´s if just 4+ of them is taken well care of to the end.
8th best def:
Lucas Baveas, age: 21
club: CSyD Sadomasoquista, country: Australia
value : 3 094 000 kr.
wage: 30 200 kr.
brilliant [14] form
outstanding [12] tactical discipline
height: 187 cm, weight: 82.4 kg, BMI: 23.56
good [7] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
outstanding [12] pace formidable [11] defender
excellent [10] technique excellent [10] playmaker
very good [9] passing adequate [6] striker
He is 5th best current u21 def with one 20 yo above, but if i move him to mid position in db he is 4th best mid..... and its the fact that he will be around 12 tech+pm and 11 pass just by gt and therefore can be focused 100% pace+def next many seasons, that makes him a strong player..... again a position where we are very well covered in at 5 seasons range
8th + 9th best mid, its impossible to choose from them and they even left Boutsanis who was 2nd best u21 last season as number 10:
Sal Tucker, age: 17
club: Ginger Nuts, country: Australia
value : 526 000 kr.
wage: 5 400 kr.
incredible [13] form
solid [8] tactical discipline
height: 172 cm, weight: 66.4 kg, BMI: 22.44
unsatisfactory [2] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
solid [8] pace poor [3] defender
average [5] technique average [5] playmaker
adequate [6] passing weak [4] striker
2 to 8 pace
Toby Richter, age: 17
club: Phil My Tank XI, country: Australia
value : 540 000 kr.
wage: 5 400 kr.
incredible [13] form
formidable [11] tactical discipline
height: 188 cm, weight: 85.2 kg, BMI: 24.11
bookings:
weak [4] stamina tragic [0] keeper
solid [8] pace weak [4] defender
adequate [6] technique adequate [6] playmaker
poor [3] passing unsatisfactory [2]
and taddaaa.... also 2 to 8 pace
4th best att:
i simply had to bend the initial rules to 4th best att, to come with the ultimate joker, all we know of his talent for real is total sumskill 34 when pulled, possible he can as good or maybe 1-2 small % better then MacLaren.... or maybe he is not even top 7th
Luka Villafane, age: 17
club: Team Moose Power, country: Australia
value : 718 000 kr.
wage: 9 600 kr.
very good [9] form
hopeless [1] tactical discipline
height: 179 cm, weight: 85 kg, BMI: 26.53
hopeless [1] stamina tragic [0] keeper
very good [9] pace poor [3] defender
average [5] technique average [5] playmaker
unsatisfactory [2] passing very good [9] striker
A really great recent pull, aswell as the 2 17 yo mids
If i look 10 seasons ahead for the senior NT, i see no reason why it cant be in top 32 and have good WC runs with more success with qualifications then not, we have really good 5 season strength and depth.... i could have taken top 12 def or mid and stilll shown someone with potential or shown not a joker at the end and picked one of the 3 close to each others striker from last season who is probably 5th, 6th and 7th att
Lets hope we keep high % of own trained players, also for seniors.... now i will watch a long waited match
