I looked at online activity. Only 1 user of the old (over 1 year in game) users hasnt been online in last 2 days excluding banned ofc.
And maybe we have one new user , one of the new teams had logins recently, but not rest 3. The new user is "Kaleb Davis" with his club Central Coast Marineers... lets hope he will be one of us
Really good to see so much enthusiasm about game here

A lot of the core of us are long time players from the mid 2000’s. Then there’s a few that aren’t that have stuck around which is also really great to see. Wish we still had a few more so we could cover the A League and bolster div2 for better financial stability.
Well the most effiecient way to get more users to is by recruiting. I unfortunately dont know any aussies, except you guys
14 out of 15 old users has been online last two days... the user missing was only 3 days ago... I love you Guys... unfortunately no of the newer teams been online
FORMULA TO USE FOR CALCULATING WORST POSSIBLE TALENT ON FRESH JUNIOR
Weeks in YS/((total skillsum fresh junior/3.14)-Y(coach estimated entry level in YS+2))=worst possible talent
Y=max 7.2
If not know the entry level in school put 7.2
If not know weeks in school put week you are in since the player was 16 yo week 0
On own juniors it can be used on any kind of junior to give good estimate on worst possible talent, but on players with unknown entry level and weeks in school they need high skillsum to be useful

Trying to work out why you’d care about worst possible talent?
You’d have an approximate talent already and if you really cared about worst possible talent, with a little extra you get the 95/99 CI which gives you both the best and worst over enough weeks.

Cause if worst possible talent is for instance 3.8, then you might give a skillsum speaking weak player a chance.
Also when looking to buy players you dont know entry level on its good to know.

And you say over enough weeks. But that requires training him if you buy, this formula can be used to find certain talent under 4 players to buy, so you minimize risk....
To know worst possible talent is under 4, i would like to know faster, then knowing the is range from 3,5 to 4,5
Surely you at some point want best possible talent too, but both are important

Would you rather know best possible talent is 3 but not knowing worst possible
Or knowing worst possible talent is 4, but not knowing best possible
...
Also we know the best possible is close to 3, if we on fresh pull can find out worst possible is 4... You suddenly have a nice range
Lets just say terrion is figuring if he can use my formula in SA or maybe independent tool ;)

The difference between my formula and current formulas in relieable tools, is that they go by coach estimate from ys, but by dividing skillsum with 3,14 (although it in fact can vary a little), is much closer to actual level, so you cut some of the worst possible talent in their Calculation off with this formula
I have send welcome mail to jesper, he seem active on his login info
I've always found value in buying early season 17yo. They sometimes have lopsided skills, which puts off a lot of buyers. It only takes a season or two to round out their skills and increase their value.
Picking players with high pace has a double benefit. Skills other than pace improve faster and that looks better to buyers when it's time to sell.
A case study...
I purchased Motoc as a 17yo for just $20k. He's now one of the best 21yo defenders on the market and I expect a substantial profit.
Justi Moţoc, age: 17, height: 180 cm
hopeless stamina, hopeless keeper
excellent pace, hopeless defender
tragic technique, tragic playmaker
weak passing, hopeless striker
This is how he looks after 4 seasons of training.
Justi Moţoc, age: 21, height: 180 cm
value: 957 600 AU$, wage: 11 080 AU$
good stamina, hopeless keeper
magical pace, incredible defender
poor technique, weak playmaker
good passing, weak striker

I can compare this guy then :D
Dionizy Kielich, age: 17
club: Rishøj IF, country: Polska
value : 598 000 kr.
wage: 6 000 kr.
divine [17] form
very good [9] tactical discipline
height: 178 cm, weight: 80.3 kg, BMI: 25.34
average [5] stamina tragic [0] keeper
very good [9] pace adequate [6] defender
hopeless [1] technique average [5] playmaker
unsatisfactory [2] passing unsatisfactory [2] striker
Insane talent
1 to 6 def, 3+2 gt to 9 pace after gt pop

Profite wise it will be huge, but I may not agree at the "one of the best 21yo defenders on market" ;) Don't get me wrong, he is very good player, but there are/were better players on TL/ads this season.
