Profite wise it will be huge, but I may not agree at the "one of the best 21yo defenders on market" ;) Don't get me wrong, he is very good player, but there are/were better players on TL/ads this season.
For example this guy:

yeah secondaries Motoc is awful..... but for new players (this is tutorial thread), defs are a good place to find certain profits

Oh yeah, he's by no means the best. But among the best on offer this week. You're comparing to a player purchased for 7.5M.

And true, he'd be worth more if I properly prepared him for maximum profit.

But I do think he's a good example of the kind of trainee green managers could target. From humble beginnings, he'd walk into a lot of U21 national teams... just not Romania.

Like Motoc, Kielich could be in the top 1% of defenders and still not play NT due to being born into a top 3 nation. Who knows, with his talent, maybe he will. Amazing potential. I bet he's not the only one you have in that bracket either.

My talents are amazing... but i also paid quite enough for most of them.... Kielich was actually cheap, but his talent is gonna make him extreme..... somewhere around 23 he should be able to be 16-16-11-11-11 according to sokker assistente skills projection
