so i should offload him to some unknowing bugger now and hope for some money?

id be listing for 0 and hoping for some money, unfortunately he will proabbly be sold for less then his wage haha.

but i dont think training him for the rest of the season in anything will really help him

alrighty.... this calls for mass sellings of almost worthless juniors :P

i was keeping them just for the sake of having a B team to train, and i was struggling between the decision of selling them now or selling them at the end of the season.

haha good on ya, if you have a bit of money it would be worth buyin players b4 u sell thme off to make sure you have 22 players to train
i mean its better to train crap players then none at all

Upon further review I have decided to upgrade my coaches rather than buy new trainees. Just sacked all except 2 assistants. And with 300,000 allocated from the budget im counting on luck with skills generator...
