The talent is the number of weeks it took him to pop from level to level (ie very good to excellent, and excellent to formidable)

The 0+ means that he just popped to that skill, so in this case he popped to outstanding today.

If it said +3 it would mean he has been in the school for 3 weeks since he last popped

yeah or the other intuition is, the +X means he is X weeks past the skill. (So just like an Magical is "stronger" than a Very Good for example (assuming same talents and subject to the fact that skills can turn out ugly when pulled) an Outstanding +3 is "stronger" than an Outstanding +0 due to sub levels.

I guess "stronger" isn't a particularly good word, since there still is luck of the draw when pulling and a magical might not come out as good as a very good, due to age, talents, distribution etc but I think most will get the point :).

Yes we do, just need to stick around monitor this thread and one will come out sooner or later but there's a few hungry and keen Aussies interested in snapping up some of those to train as well when they come. Gather you're interested in training up another one since Haereiti has been a success? ;).

Yep, I was looking at your excellent +9 talent 3.62 thinking haha using a different interpretation for it, then figured it was how many times he's popped.

Yeah I've just used it from how others were doing it when I started taking interest in what seems a very long time ago now, probably 2.5 years now.

I will probably have to separate myself from Haereiti next season. He will reach divine defender and I'll have to keep training this for Vanderelst (future NT member).
He will probably be brillant pace / divine defender with interesting secondaries.

Yeah that's fair enough, you've done a large amount of work with Haereiti and has got him to a position where he's challenging for the 1st XI every week can't ask for a lot more really :). Look forward to the updates to come :).
