i havent been able to post a youth player for ages cos it would be embarrasing! Really bad at the youth school at the moment, down to about 12, getting 1 per week, no talented bums! And they are coming out 19 and 20 !

you go through spurts where you get absolutely squat. Got an incredible (1 week short of brilliant) due in 2 weeks, along with an outstanding and something else that are both in the 4,4.5 talent range.

i do have a potential outstanding/Incredible with a 3.75 talent in the pipe so it's not all bad for me :)
