Hirons (18), Croxall (19) and Garland(20) are all pretty much pushing me towards training strikers at the moment.

My youth squad is looking pretty ordinary for a while now though. My next guy will be excellent, but after that I have nobody who I'm predicting to come out above very good. (Though I do have a guy who'll come out VG who pops every 5 weeks)
