What do people think this guy's talent is?
He's in the squad for 9 weeks. Best case talent-wise he enters as a 4 and leaves as a 7, so his talent would be low 3. Of course it could be mis-reported at both ends and he should really have entered as a 5 and exited as a 6 and he has no talent at all.

Weird, I probably did the same procedure as you and got 3.2 which is much more plausible. In saying that, I haven't calculated a confidence interval so it could most likely be closer to 3.5-4. I'd say somewhere around 4, because it looks like it could well have been
