Nice little trainee there if you train tech.
Not sure that he will ever play for the U21s, but he would make a pretty hand mid for you in the future

Nice pull! Tech him up and he'll be part of your A-League team in a few seasons.
Won't take long to get him to decent tech. It trains pretty fast from low levels when they're young.

Thanks guys...yep i am training tech at the moment....if it was around adequate it would have been awsome...but i will train him up and see how he goes. :)
no way he was outstanding [coaches often make mistakes in judging nowadays] - brilliant at least! just look at his keeper and stamina.
I don't know current situation of Ausu21, but if he's not going to make it...then Australia u21 must be good :p
he is no top level midfielder, but definitely one worth training. it's also very good that he has lower one skill instead of all skills at same level, he will improve faster. also highest possible pace level - great. :)

That's it, a lot of good things about that player.
I don't think he will play (as I think I remember a bunch of good 17yo pulls last season, unless it was actually the season before).
That tech, and that talent, he will pop fast getting technique up

Based on the comments i think this player does have a lot of potential.. :)
He will be in action this week in my friendly game...see how he goes.. and lets hope the tech pops happen quickly...

Everyone has, or has had, that one player that they train perfectly, and have a lot of pride in. This could be your guy
Solid - Talent ~ 5 (6466666878766788888898)
Rick Richter, age 17
value: 67 600 AU$
wage: 1 200 AU$
very good form
hopeless stamina hopeless keeper
poor pace weak defender
adequate technique good playmaker
weak passing weak striker
Quite good distribution for a mid. I'm currently training passing and next season pace so I may as well keep him around for a while.

True, my nr. 1 was Pawlusiński, trained him for about 10 seasons, then sold him...and now I've bought him back at the age 38 ;).
