Subject: Youth players

In the next 4 weeks I have 3 who should be outstanding at least & one at formidable. One is 18yo, one 19yo, & two at 20yo. :( A better start than last season....but I've had better groups going back.

Yeah if you like 17yo GK's, I've got a few. Otherwise not too much for this season so far.
Comet - I haven't had a GK in my youth squad for about 2 seasons now....ridiculous that SK cannot program something into weekly allocation of youths that sorts this! Even when I have the max of 6 to come in...never a GK...not even tragic....FFS!

I've got an outstanding 18yo graduating next week. Looking longer term a 2 x 17yo, very good - 18 weeks and solid - 19 weeks, the rest are shite.

I had a pretty good run with talented, high skill juniors - thus my run away win in the junior A-League. They've all left now and I have a long, barren stretch ahead by the looks of things.

Outstanding - Talent = 3.8

Distribution could have been better. He needs a pace trainer urgently, let me know if anybody is interested.

yes, it is much better to understand the talent search and more satisfying to find it! Also it adds a little meritocracy in this, Whereas before the good talent arrived and stop ... now you have to be good observer to find out!

Yes, but a better coach is supposed to give a closer reading....why spend money on a better coach if there's going to be a massive disparity in player's actual ratings?!

I mean, a player losing ability over 23 weeks as a teenager....tell me when that actually happens?
