Youth schools are a stupider waste of money than ever. They are a great way for the debs to take money out of the game. They aren't worth anything.

not for the small communities though...without youthschools, your national teams or any other would collaps
there is a chance that from 20 juniors, one to be pretty decent or even better, top-notch, and you can get a decent amount for him

It depends. I have just pulled a remarcable junior, 17yo, excellent striking, excellent pace and weak technique. You just need to have patience with the junior school, that`s all.

To help the NT is the only reason I do it. I last sold a junior for over 1M over 2 years ago. So that is like 7 seasons ago? My youth school costs 100k/wk or 1.5M/season. The maths does not work out.

I bought this guy for 1.5M or what it costs to run my youth school for a season. Do I pull a guy like this every season? No. Not even every 7 seasons.
