Yup, he is the kind of player you don't stop training until he is in his 30s, even if it is just to maintain skills. Especially with the state of Australia right now (and moving forward), need to keep these insane guys going for as long as possible

Whilst watching the cricket decided to put the time in to find the correct talents of my youths (via excel).

I had 3 with talent higher than 10. and about 5 that had "negative" talents, although a couple were just because they hadn't been in the YS long enough.

Its a shame SV doesn't do it properly because I wouldn't think it would be that hard to code in.

I've been following the Australian national team for 3 seasons.good players don't come from infrastructure..good players are disappearing due to incorrect training..make magic managers magic..We do not lose time to sell players without training.We can be a very good team in 2 seasons.

Erm...how many active managers in Oz? & how many established & with quality youth arrangement...that's got to have something to do with it?
