Nice work in the training of them.
Its a sad state of affairs when a couple of those are U21 players and really a good youth pull could walk in to the NT, but thats what we have to deal with now.
It means that every youth pull is exciting because any one of them could play for Australia :D

Also it means that any Aus youth with a decent talent could be trained in to the NT if training primaries.
Yes my friend you have absolutely right!!!
So every time I'm checking transfer list because you never know but to be honest with you I'm only waiting for Thursday when juniors come out of your schools ;)Itd hard Job but we can do it!!!!!

Well unless they are absolutely terrible, I will post my juniors in here.
If I have time, I try to do the proper way to find out a talent of a junior, but if I'm time poor, I state that it is SV talent (which is just number of weeks divided by number of pops, which unfortunately is very inaccurate in this system).
Example of this: We pretend we know the talent of this player, and his true talent is 4, and he is in the youth school for 24 weeks. These are all possible examples of how he could go and how different the talent will be if you dont do it correctly.
Example 1 (the control):
- - - pop - - - pop - - - pop - - - pop - - - pop - - - pop SV talent (24 weeks/6 pops = talent 4)
Example 2:
- pop plop pop - pop plop pop - pop plop pop - pop plop pop - pop plop pop - pop plop pop (24 weeks/12 pops = talent 2)
Example 3:
- - pop - plop pop - - pop - plop pop - - pop - plop pop - - pop - plop pop (24 weeks/8 pops = talent 3)
Now all three examples if done correctly by making a graph and adding a trendline will come out with a talent of 4 (his true talent), but the programs way of doing it as still based on the old system and as such, ALWAYS make players talents seem better than they are

I've got a 17yo excellent who's 15 weeks away...looking forward to that one. :)
Jay Curcija, age: 19

very good [9] technique very good [9] playmaker
very good [9] passing average [5] striker
Might be keeping this one.
I'm doing speed training If you want I can give him few training and you can take him back ;)
Can't believe I missed Brodie Wood on the TL. Although a GK trainer would have been best for him (no idea if that is where he went), I'm sure my pace training would have helped a lot.
There are about 10 Aussie juniors on the TL right now, so check them out and see if any fit training plans. None work for me at present
