He was actually quite decent compared to our other 18yos (not our best, but solid middle ground)

still have him, just to make up the Xi for my friendlies.
No training though as it's been def last 2 weeks.

See if you can offload him whilst he is still making up numbers

If talented and trained right he would be fine for U21NT. 3xexcellent by the start of the age 21, should be quite doable (if he has a reasonable talent).

But yeah, if noone picks him up, not much you can do about it. I sort of give a couple of weeks of regular listing and then if noone gets them finally sack

will see if can time it so he expires on TM Wed after friendly so somebody gets a free hit for training.
