2nd best U19 striker (and the best is being trained as a mid due to more potential there, so really he is 1 position higher in each of the above)

And he is likely part way through the levels of Striker/Pace/Tech meaning his ranking will probably rise after training

I'm training pace. Any requests on a target level for pace before I move him on for (hopefully) striker training?

I guess the way I would approach it is, train pace for a couple of levels and hope for a random pop in striker and tech (or at least striker).

If this drags on too much (say he gets to outstanding pace), consider doing one week of striker training so that he is more desireable to striker trainers on the TM (they may sort by minimum of good striker).

If he just ends up never being sold, well he will still play for the U21 NT, but will probably look something like
Bril pace, Exc tech, Good Striker....and that is ok if that happens

Anyone want him? 14 weeks in youth school for four pops, so he is trainable.

Looking for a striker trainer. Not an amazing prospect, but as you say, trainable, especially as we don't know what will be pulled in the future.

If he is talents, he will likely get a couple 2 week pops in tech, and a couple 3 weeks pops in Pace and Tech

The currently trainer has only had him for about 4 training sessions, and both pace and defender popped, so he is obviously after a quick profit. I doubt he will go for a large amount anyway, but its just to keep in mind, you will be training from from the start of each of those levels.

Also he is the #3 defender for U18s (and he is 17), so definitely has potential, even with the rubbish secondaries.

There's a transfer ad up for this guy. Suits a pace trainer. He came from my youth squad so can confirm he has talent!Definite prospect as a NAT defender.

Yeah with the right training, he is one of our better prospects (I think of 26 Pace+tech at the end of 21 as about in line with future NT status pending training).

I think he also only has the TA up because I asked for his skills.

Dean Stephenson - Instincts say he is a defender. He is currently 3rd/4th for his age.
As a mid, he is actually 3rd for his age as well thanks to the great tech.

Alexander Blute - we don't have any other 16yo striker yet, but that will change. I think he is probably bound for the sack bin, but like any 16yo in Aus, they always have a chance if trained and talented. Up to you, I'd throw him repeatedly on the TL for a week, and if no bites, give the boot
