Definitely decent, but just a little off the pace at present.

Although being a fresh pull, he also may be close to popping in pace/tech/stri which would put him right in the mix.

Davis is better (atm) than my 18yo...although talent may swing that later.

Sorry forgot to talk about this guy.

I would say currently he is equal 3rd Defender for U18s with Cordozo, which is also pretty damn close to 2nd for the age.

I'd be a little concerned about his talent, but again, youth coach level and how many weeks he was in the youth school all come in to consideration so still probably worth training (instead of Buonavoglia).

I'm going to get this guy to pop to the next level then looking to move him on. Is there any interest here?

2 pops in def in 7 weeks - doesn't seem so bad. Unless he made it solid in 2 and vg in 5 weeks. Will let you know as soon as I get any info.

Popped after 3 two times, so the talent seems fine. His owner says, he's gonna keep him unless an attractive offer comes in.
I will encourage him to train Bob as long as possible since the guy has a perfect training schedule and specialises mainly in defs.
