What a shame you didn't get much for Deans. I'm working on getting any training plans info and will try to convince his owner to either train him the way I suggest or sell him asap.
Shame he's 19. I'll try to find him a new home but don't think there'll be much interest from my colleagues.
He may be 19 in a week, but it's a full season of 19 and he's a gk and already excellent skill. Think the bigger issue will be trying to find a gk trainer rather than his age.
Pulled as good.
Leigh Spiteri, age: 17
club: The Comets, country: Australia
value : 37 600 AU$
wage: 920 AU$
very good [9] form
tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 175 cm, weight: 72.6 kg, BMI: 23.71
weak [4] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
unsatisfactory [2] pace poor [3] defender
average [5] technique hopeless [1] playmaker
average [5] passing poor [3] striker
Yuck. Will try to list but I can see this ending up being one of those sacked. I suppose it's better to get a distribution like this on a player that isn't highly talented and isn't one of your better prospects. So Spiteri cops poor distribution of skills and cops stamina and also has pretty awful talent. Looks almost more like a solid then a good though, so probably a high end good/ low end solid

I like to give everyone a chance to sell, but this one I would consider sacking at this time in the season.
There's plenty of gk trainers in sk we don't know about. I'm expanding my 'base' of a kind which contains managers focused just on training youths of any position. As for now, there are 3 guys training gk skill but they prefer buying 16-17yo, maybe 18yo ones only on the first few weeks of a season.
And just to be clear, he'll be 19 tomorrow :)

Oh you went that way. You shouldn't have :D.
Technically you're correct, but I'm also correct in that the first training session as a 19yo is a week away :D.

I think more would be willing to train GK's like this one if the new training system was in place where you could train 10 of any type (subject to certain restrictions). As it stands GK training has to be a passion (or a mule account) as it's so expensive both financially but also squad development wise. You can only train 2, goalkeepers tend to have the highest wage and trainers also have the highest wage for goalkeeper skill. I think because of the limited positions those who do train GK's are looking to be very picky on who they take to train. I still think if this players talent is good he is worth a spot (but definitely agree it might be harder).

Haha you are both 'right' with what you are saying.
Yes the new training system will be good for most teams, but will kill off the GK trainer.

I'm not sure it will kill off the GK trainer. GK trainers may still train 2 GK's but now can train 8 others. Then there will be so many other trainers that might train 1 GK it might make up for those who were previously GK trainers specifically. Will be interesting when it's released. I also see that this system may reduce player prices on the TL also. Might raise the price of good juniors as I suspect supply will be lower as people keep their own juniors.

Yes, I did and I do not regret it at all! :P

Completely true when you put it that way. Didn't mention it was connected to the training sessions, so I assumed you just meant the age change time.
Even though he still will be given the whole season as a 19yo, the numbers by his name change tomorrow and everyone's gonna consider him as a 19yo excellent gk. I'm not saying it's impossible to make a great player out of him, I'm saying he needs lots of effort and some guy's good will to sacrifice a training spot for a player his age, not some fresh 16-18yo one who might get unearthly/divine by the age he's now.
The new training regime would be a blessing for many players right now but considering the fact it's gonna be implemented in ca. 2 seasons, he reduces his chance of becoming even a wide squad members to a round 'zero' if not trained right away.

They are being slow rolling it out, 2 seasons ago they said 2 seasons lol.
I need to work out what I want to do with Trajcevski

Planning to sell him? I know a few att trainers. I can ask around if you want.
I'm planning on not selling him, and trying to make that work haha
Sounds like a tough row to hoe then. Would be easier to get rid of the problem by listing him :P
Too bad SK hasn't gone the way of FtP & start players aging from when they're pulled, so anytime you bring in a youth to school, they are week zero for that age.....rather than final week of season pull effectively aging a full year in a week.
