4 points wasted on keeper but other than that he's a good mid trainee.

no fucking way....

MIDS starting season 18 yo should be around 30 on sumskill for: pace+tech+pm+passing. This one is on 22 but still can go to 24 in the next weeks, so it is not bad, now this one has a plus on defense.

If you look at him as DEF, he is great, training only def+pace. Starting 22 yo he will be 2xmagic almost..... Then he will be just needing 4 levels on tech (which can be upgraded with good coach on secondary skills), and 1 level pace/def. Being 2x16 he will play on U27 matches

You deserved better luck with that player because of the stamina, but still he has a agreat projection!!

Repeating nerozero here, you got screwed for what he should have been, amazing potential, but he is still a fine player, especially with that talent.

He is currently sitting #3 for U17 Def - but he has the best secondaries of the lot
Currently #2 u17 MID - fair way behind #1, but him and 3rd are a fair way ahead of 4th.

As a defender, I'd say by the start of the u21 season, he will probably look something like the following barring injuries (and assuming they are all 16 week seasons):

adequate stamina, weak keeper
Outs-Incred pace, Outs-Incred defender
Adequate technique, Solid playmaker
Solid passing, unsatisfactory striker

This would put him at approx number 2-3 for the current bunch of 20 turning 21yos

If you decide to shoo him away, contact me and I'll try and find a spot for him in my team as a MID trainee

Well I do have a slot if looking to offload to a def trainer. :-o

I'll train Ferguson. Adequate stamina and weak keeper are points wasted and low pace puts him behind the 8 ball. He'll still be a good player, but what could have been with incredible 17yo!
