Subject: Youth players

Interested to know what everyone's YS averages are for age/level, & size.....to fathom how U21 NT future is looking. :)

I have tightened my criteria for keeping youths & going for quality over quantity, ensuring I leave maximum weekly slots for new youths.

My current stats with Brilliant (14) Coach -

Youths = 22 (30 slots)
Average Age = 17.7 yo
Ave Weeks to exit = 13.27
Average Level = Good (7.2)

Based on the above, my average youth pull is expected to be mid 18yo @ Excellent(10) level - using average talent of 5.0

Hopefully these figures improve as I look to cull more duds once identified.

Youths = 24 (30 slots)
Average Age = 17.8 yo
Ave Weeks to exit = 10.2
Average Level = Adequate (6.75)

This will look very different in just a couple of weeks, as I am pulling a Brilliant 20yo next week, and a Bril/Mag 18yo a couple of weeks after

Dibs on the 18yo, if he turns out to be a mid material!

Same if defensive skills...I'm looking for decent def trainee.

Even out worst ones that have a chance of playing for NT have higher total def+pace with more secondaries.

They made a bit of profit off my junior. Don’t have access to the talent but from memory it wasn’t great. That being said it’s extra money in my pocket.

Love those little influxes of $… as small as they usually are.
