51.82 wow. If talent wasn’t mentioned 51.82 would be a great batting average.
2022-05-05 10:00:04
So he pops every four seasons or so!
2022-05-05 10:35:45
Pulled as excellent (talent ~4.5 using linear regression).

Vince Stefanutto, age: 18

club: The Comets, country: Australia
value : 77 200 AU$ wage: 1 280 AU$
very good [9] form tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 180 cm, weight: 79.4 kg, BMI: 24.51

weak [4] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
adequate [6] pace weak [4] defender
adequate [6] technique average [5] playmaker
average [5] passing average [5] striker

So what do I do with that. Is that a midfielder, a striker or with a little bit of a stretch a defender? I do have the talent for him too, I'll go get it.

That being said with 36 ss one would debate if he's actually way higher than an excellent and is closer to an outstanding. In any case talent that will be stated will be based on the excellent.

I feel like you could probably justify any of those, although I wonder if defender is the better option and focus on 2 skills (pace and defender)?

In my opinion the best will be focus on two skills (pace+defender), he lost too many skills

Whilst I'd say he is probably a MID, I can't see him making it to the NT in any position.

With devoted training and that talent, he may get in as a fringe player, but probably not worth the space in training slots at this stage

Excellent Talent 4.3

Richard McKinnon, age: 18
club: Achmids Soul, country: Australia
value : 98 000 AU$
wage: 1 520 AU$
very good [9] form
tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 183 cm, weight: 85.1 kg, BMI: 25.41

tragic [0] stamina tragic [0] keeper
average [5] pace weak [4] defender
poor [3] technique average [5] playmaker
good [7] passing solid [8] striker

Doesn't really fit in to any position.
2022-05-12 09:35:58
Striker probably the best position but not a very great distribution there.
2022-05-12 11:17:45
Pulled as good - ( talent ~ 4.4 wks/pop)

Scott Gillard, age: 16
club: The Comets, country: Australia
value : 36 400 AU$ wage: 920 AU$
very good [9] form tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 182 cm, weight: 83.6 kg, BMI: 25.24

unsatisfactory [2] stamina tragic [0] keeper
average [5] pace average [5] defender
average [5] technique poor [3] playmaker
hopeless [1] passing unsatisfactory [2] striker

Edit: Added estimated talent. Only had for 5 weeks though.

Could join another decent 16yo Aussie in my club. How about turning him into a mid? Looks like a typical def at first glance but with some well thought training plan and a pinch of talent, can easily become a high class def-mid.
2022-05-12 11:53:47
Yeah, I thought he was a def. I now need to kind of toss up what I do with him. Do I look to sell and try and get some cash or do I keep him potentially as a defender trainee with the new system coming in next season. That being said, I'm definitely willing to consider selling if it goes to the right person who will train him (as I'm not sure whether I can justify paying a head coach with unearthly in a minimum 4 skills (5 more likely). Haven't done the maths yet.

Better prospect coming out in 2 weeks though. 17yo at least outstanding (outside chance of incredible). Hope RNG is on my side for that.

Depends what skill you are training currently and plan on training next season. You could hold off that kind of coach for one more season by putting him in to a slot for pace training next season.

If you are training either pace or tech for the rest of this season, it certainly wouldn't hurt

3 weeks in youth school for 2 pops. not enough time to determine true talent.

Will list and hope, unless anyone wants him?

Mick Richards, age: 16

Nice striker trainee, worth a penny I reckon. Cometer, vivski, Phil, Oscar all may be interested
