Mmmm talent? 32 mid ss is not bad bad, it's bad but with talent he can catch up

5th u18 mid, so with that talent he might catch up a bit even low pace

Well fair shout out.. but i was more thinking about next season wc where the mids really are weak compared to first 3 seasons... but you are right if we look at u19 and not u20

Once we 'stabilised' a bit with strength, I often found 2 positions were quite well filled (usually GK and something else) whilst the other 2 positions left a bit to be desired.
I reckon this would probably be pretty normal for all NTs though, just with different expectations of level
ie I'm sure some of the under 10 user NTs would love even our worst positions, whilst we would probably love rejects from bad positions coming from the nations with over 150 users

Where does he fit striker wise. Would be easier at 19 to focus on 3 skills then 5 skills as a midfielder?

You mean turnbull? I would say he is behind in all positions, so id make him def as that only needs 2 skills training as the secondaries is nice
