i got 3 in , 2 hopeless and 1 unsatisfactory - all sacked . this has been the case for many weeks now . im down to 9 youths !! , even my youth players seem to be slowing down in regards to weeks per pop

6 in today - not worth mentioning but i will keep all of them inlcuding a tragic 21 and unsat 30. there is a theory that if your junior school average is too high then you always get rubbish players coming in. It is of course unproven.
