Head coach is perfect. The outstanding coach has fairly low wages. The incredible Ally Massey not too bad. The others are quite expensive on wages.

Jimmy Jeffrey looks like he used to be your head coach.

He's got too many unearthly skills which push up his wages. you'd want to get someone in who's a bit more rounded with all skills on incredible-magical. but having said that, his wage is still reasonable and it may be cheaper to keep him on than to buy a replacement with lower wages.

Blair McVicar is definitely on high wages. that unearthly keeping skill is a big no no. he wants replacing. you could have a magical coach (with some luck) for the same wages hes being paid.

i am thinking of moving wardell into mcvicars spot and sacking mcvicar and macsweeney
but i am worried about wardells age

i think you are setting your criteria too extreme. seems like you are setting all at magical with keeper at unsatisfactory.
i'd be tempted to select my coach using something like:

keeper: formidable
4 other skills: brilliant
3 other skills: magical

or something like that

i don't think they have implemented the coach retiring thing yet. never heard it happening before.

now i just need to sort out who to keep and who not too


obviously reece is going to move in somewhere
but shall i make will my youth coach and if i do do i make my youth coach into a asst
i think my team can just maintain the wages no matter which order i pick the coaches
but wage increase in a couple of weeks might prooce a problem apart from fact i am reducing number of players with reverting away from pace training back to defender

i'd keep reece and let will go.

Reece is very cheap for a brilliant coach, so keep him :)
