Subject: [u21] Elect- rtg

I'd just like to say that when it comes to cruising the streets for young talent, nobody has put in more time or effort than rtg. Nearly every day for hours at a time.

Of course he's now been electronically tagged by the police and has a 9pm curfew, but I'm sure it won't damage the U21 squads results.

You are right, and I am suprised too. I think everybody deep down knows that we do not have the players to be as competitive as we currently are in the Full NT.

I expect if I fail miserably next season then I will have a far tougher time of things. ;)

You have my vote yet again,this place is very interesting with you at the healm of the u21s,i really hope you can continue your excellent job you have done so far and im sure you will.

I know I can't vote but I think RTG has done a decent job here and he is a decent guy to take you forward. Good luck RTG. ;)
