i have a forgien U21 and got a mail today saying
pls send him
so i sent the stats even though i have updated in the NT database
30 seconds later i get
"train defender or he will be out of our NT... "

as if i care in the NT he risks injury and me losing training
i will train my team my way and dont like being threatened like that
maybe it was a translation problem but i certainly didnt like it
i am in a good mind now to change my training plans for next season

If a foreign nat coach was rude to me, I'd just ignore all his mails in future. There's no great benefit to having a player in a nat team, so its up to them to be respectful to you and keep you on side.

Obviously with the Scottish nat team its different - Dandy can be as nasty to me as he wants.

You were far more polite than I would have been.

One of our U21NT candidates with somewhat poor English, displayed proudly the text he uses to ask foreign coaches for updates... he wrote 'pls' instead of 'please' and other such minor spelling or grammatical mistakes and got heavily criticised by everyone for that.

Any NT coach who doesn't see the reason behind being polite to the actual trainers of his NT players, should be dealt with by his own community. Preferably drowned.

I did have a user say he did not want his player played which was a shock as I was very polite indeed when asking for an update......it annoyed me actually and he eventually came around to the idea after some discussions and persuasion. lol

i had one like that but i just played him anyway :D nah kidding. What i am encountering is polish users not giving me any updates due to them not wanting the players to play. Despite getting my mails translated into polish i still get no response. Which is a damn shame as 2 of the players would be in the squad and possibly the team if i knew their stats.

easy way to avoid such issues.......ensure that very few of your players are good enough for selection.....I have followed just such a training plan for many seasons, with next to no confrontations with NT managers.....

yeah right thats why your team is 3 times as good as mine and thrashes me in league each week
