Subject: Monday Form Update

Thought this would be a good thread to register the Monday form updates.

For me

-11 +7 giving me loss of 4 this Monday (4th May)

Hard to tell for certain , but ive taken one helluva hit in form today :(

at a guess im at least -7 which aint to healthy
