Subject: Buying

This is the most frustrating game EVER to try and buy any players in......................

I need to build my team but I cant afford even the most senior of citizen player.......


How is a newish team meant to survive..............

I've trained and Ive sold for profit... yippee but its fook all use when you can buy an aged player to fill the holes while you train.........


Its mental!!!! Any tips on getting a reasonable player for a reasonable fee? What can I expect to buy for 10 -20k

best time to buy kow is at the end of the season. Plan a season ahead - the prices right now are mental

i found it hard to start with, much like you but stick at it . there are many top lads in here only too happy to help with advice on training and tactics and really anything else they can .

just got me 4 players all 4 / 5 x averages for pace tech etc. Best advice i wuld give is just search with nothing in the form exept a max age and just browse?

i have been doing that.... and I'll keep plodding along.. I sold my youth, expanded my stadium (it was maxing out) and Im turning a profit... but after selling my trainees im sufferng poor match results...

So Im now bringing in the oldies to keep my team competitive this season while I train hard...

seems like im in for the same as you....think im going to train defender now noticed that they are going cheaper for decent trainees...

Right... i managed to get enough of what I needed for a welcome team boost..

im up to 14 players............ and some reasonable skills.... I should hopefully pick up some points in the next few games to get back to mid table
