I actually doubt he is good enough for your NT.

He definitely needs passing and probably you should train it for next 1.5 seasons.

depend vilpu he dont need passing if he is going to be a defender
in that case he would need defending for a couple of seasons

its a must to have passing for NT ironside

I think his chances to play in NT as a defender are even smaller, than as a MID.

as a defender i think if he gets to superdivine in def and 3-4 years then the other levels are passalbe

but in mid he would need to get both PM and passing up along way

not saying he would get in NT either but if he was my player i would be making sure he was turned into a WB

3-4 seasons is very optimistic prediction. For me it seems impossible to train him up to superdivine in defense.

with nearly 25 years old I doubt it too...

i agree that he doesn't have much of a chance to get into the NT side as he's getting on a bit.

With his skills, if he was 21 i'd say he'd be well on course to break into the NT side at some point, if he was 22, it would be more of a stretch, but still possible, but at 24 he's really stuggling.
