scottish players are actually still in the sokker database?

You will have plenty time to think about this. There are ~ 15m player IDs available from the dawn of sokker time. I have swept throug 6.5m of these player IDs so far so it "may" be finished by next week some time.

So. How many Scottish players do you think in total exist in the database of sokker?

Closest to the mark gets a pat on the back from Langhe.

lol i will tell you this is a definite 1 time only script. im soooo bored running it.

id say over the course of the game, 500 teams with an average of 35 players each, so 15-20 thousand players...
guess a lot would have been fired too, so id say probably 15 thousand.. same as ireland probably

oh my god im down to 700k to go. Man this has been a hard task to undertake. I have loads to do on the dream team and also the NT DB site in the next week. Really need this script finished to get on with the other tasks.

ok down to about 300-400k - i will know for defo once i get home but it will be finished by tonight thats for sure. I will then run an update script on the players to get their form, value, age etc etc.

So with a very small amount of IDs to go through we have 8225 players in total.

ok considering the anwer is only 2 posts up i worry about your ability to see weaknesses in opponents with those visual skills. :D
