Im playing sokker since February 2006. I am a student, so I have much time for SK. This is really important. I could take care of your NT every moment. As you can see I am online on SK almost 24/7..

My aims with Scotland
I’m suprised, that such a good NT did not get promotion from World Cup Group.
So I would like to reach really high level with your NT, to play matches with the strongest teams in SK, and win them. ;]
Give chances to develop skills by some younger players.
Win as much matches as it’s possible.


My experience:
I have created a lot of tactics, wich are used in IIIrd, IVth and Vth Polish divisons.
Next season I again start in polish IVth Division. It will be my 6th season at this level. But I am going to get a promotion.
At last World Cup I was one of the Poland NT assistants. I helped Beny with choosing tactics and analysing the opponents.


I was a member of NT assistants. Poland played few matches with my tactics. For example:

10:1 with Moldova and players from Polish IVth divison

4:0 with 3rd team of SK – Spain

2:1 with Croatia playing in funny squad

question nr1: have You ever wear kilt?? :P

It wasn't said as a requirement for candidates for NT coach. ;p

A few questions from me.

1. Why Scotland? Are you trying as NT elsewhere?
2. "I’m suprised, that such a good NT did not get promotion from World Cup Group." We actually did qualify to the WC just not past the group stages of the main WC. Have we ever got past these stages before?
3. Scotland has a very small userbase ~ 90 i would say are active but about 15 on the forums. What would you do to try to make these forums more active or do you not think it matters?
4. Tell me how you would reach the high level with the NT of Scotland.
5. Over the world cup group stages what tactical issues would you say Dandy did wrong which made us fail?

1. I like Scotland. A few times I were interested in starting here, but I have decided now. I didn't start in other countries. But I was an assistant in Polish NT and there I gained experiences.
2. I know you did, but I'll do my very best to reach more than only Group Stage. Maybe you have never done it, but I think it's time to change it.
3. I know that you don't have many users. But it's a reason why I start. If Scotlad win some important matches, poeple will interest in this. :) And more thant 15 managers will be active on forum.
I prefer talking, so you can find me on different forums. I don't like silence (like you :>).
4. As I said, I am experienced manager. I have created many tactics. And with them Scotland will play better. I like changing tactics. Using different players on differents positions. ;]
5. I didn't like def's positions. And throw ins.
Maybe it was just unlucky? ;)

If you have an interest in Scotland then why haven't we seen you in the Scottish forum before?

Do you know anything of our players? could you pick out a key player for us in each position?

I wrote it earlier.

I was interested in Scotland a few times, but I decided to start just now. :)


I know some your players, but if I become a NT coach, I will all time in touch with owners of Scottish players. Not only the biggest stars. With all players who can pops and become better and better. ;]

1. I though it was my answer? You haven't seen, because I wasn't interested in beeing your NT coach. I prefered to gain experience as a assistant of Poland. And then take care of NT myself. Of course with collaboration with you. :]

2. It is hard to choose just one person. So 2 for each position. ;]

what formation would you use inthe NT - everyone who is successful uses 5 at the back - Dandy didnt - is this what you see as a failing?

I'm still missing the most obvious question :)

In NTs, also in club using only one formation isn't good. There is no shock when we play still one tactic. It depends on opponent's formation.
When he plays with high wings which are really strong 5 defs seems to be the best oportunity.
When he plays with no wings using 5 defs is waste of players who could be attacking. etc.
There is no one clear rule how to play. :]
