Subject: Opinions wanted please

he should be very close to a pop , he has had a whole season of general trainings ( the coach skill is unearthly )

i also learned something new - im chuffed so many replied to my question as i honestly thought he was better as a defender . if i dont recieve any offers he will get some more pace , some passing and as yet im unsure what my 3rd skill to train will be

this season im gonna go for 3- 5week blocks of training , lets see how it works :)

im not sure what i am going to train this season. Like yourself possibly another season of pace or 5 weeks pace/passing/technique

Last season gave me the majority of pace i needed for my players , but with 5 weeks this season im sure it can only help as i have 5-6 players ready to pop again

but i dont want to go another whole season on pace - i just cant decide what to train in the 3rd block of 5 lol . knowing me i will change my mind 50 times before i finally decide

Maybe only my opinion or taste, but passing goes together playmaking.

I agree completely with this, passing is only helpful with decent pm skill, having said that, he's still a striker.

as a defence coach i would train him as a striker

I'm still believing in the theory: to give accurate passing, one needs PM when playing more defensive and passing when playing more offensive.

Defs: Surely I prefer good passing with outstanding pm to outstanding passing with good pm
defmids: same as defs
central mids: passing and pm on same level
wingers: passing more important than PM
strikers: who gives a damn about their PM? Only passing needed imo :)
